Refund and Return Policy

Our products are produced according to individual preferences. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except for damaged or defective items.

Please be sure to check your package for any damage upon delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the product. Return it to the courier and ensure an official damage report is filled out. Take a photo of the official damage report and send it to info@3dwallpaperdecor.com. The product will be returned to our company by the shipping company. You will not be charged for return shipping. Once you receive the product, it will be reproduced and sent to you. Upon receipt of the damaged product, the processing times specified in the shipping policy will begin for the new (replacement) product.

If you have received a defective or incorrect product, you must send clear photographs showing the product defect to info@3dwallpaperdecor.com within 10 days of receiving the product. Your request will be evaluated within 2 days. If the defect in the product is accepted, you can request a refund or request a reproduction of the same product. In both cases, we will ask you to return the product via DHL Express with cash on delivery. Shipping costs will be covered by our company. Once we have received the product, if you have requested a refund, the refund process will be initiated. If you have requested a reproduction of the same product, the new product will be delivered to you within the times specified in the shipping policy.
